how to analyze Amino Acid by hplc?
when employed i'll let you know! i was an inventing scientist amd cvan't get work for 10 years now. seems you have to have an H-1 visa to get hired now so employers have more psychological control over the employees.
i will tell you this though: there's not much you can do by HPLC alone....having a UV detector isn't adequate for idnentification unless it's been characterized previously and all you want to do is measure a quantitative response. try using a MS.
