What to make with organic fresh pork chorizo?
I have a pound of spicy raw pork chorizo that I bought in Whole Foods yesterday. I also have a pound of whole wheat spaghetti, fresh baby spinach, soaked black beans, among other stuff. Any recipe ideas?
I usually cook mine with potatoes, onions and eggs for breakfast. However, with your ingredients, you could probably make a really interesting pasta dish. I'd just cook the chorizo, drain it, then add the spinach at the end, along with the beans, and when the spinach is wilted down, I'd drizzle it with Olive Oil and serve it over hot pasta with some shaved parmesan cheese if you have it. Tomato sauce would be good, too, instead of the olive oil.
